SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY (physical products only)
⁃ Items are posted within 3-5 days of purchase.
⁃ Once posted, confirmation of postage, a tracking number as well as an image of the condition of the item(s) would be provided via email
⁃ If item not received within 10 days of purchase, contact us via email (insert email)
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY (physical products only)
⁃ Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item(s), providing:
⁃ Eyelashes are still within original packaging (have not been removed from display box)
⁃ Items must be returned in original packaging, with the order summary contained within.
⁃ The cost of the return postage will have to be paid by the customer
⁃ A full refund (excluding delivery cost) will only be issued upon receipt of item(s) in conditions specified above.
⁃ Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of return.
⁃ Once processed an email will be sent informing you that your refund is on the way.
⁃ Extra precautions
⁃ Keep hold of postal receipt as this may be requested in case of missing return
⁃ Email a picture showing the condition of the item you and refunding
Digital products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot issue refunds, as the product cannot be returned.
